Meet my son Xavier. At the age of 12, he was just like most kids these days:

Kind, occasionally funny, glued to his phone, and allergic to effort.

He loved the comfort, and I let him!

Not because I didn’t care, but because I cared too much.
I wanted him to have the easy, carefree childhood I never had.

One day, when I asked Xaviero to do 10 squats, and he couldn't do a single one, and it hit me:

"If life stays easy, he won’t be ready for anything hard."

And even though I’ve coached athletes and leaders for years, I wasn’t using those tools at home. So I changed how I showed up :

With playfulness, patience, and a clear, easy-to-follow method: Moments. Momentum. Mindset.

Two years later, Xavier co-delivers this workshop with me, spends less time on his phone, enjoys exercises and has more confidence.

He even signed up to compete, without any bribes!

Curious to see how I started moving Xavier away from the phone towards exercises?

You can see it in this short, 20-minute video

From: "This is too hard"

To "I can do hard things. I can grow!"

You will always be their biggest supporter.

Now become a favourite coach they'll remember for life!

And the best part? You don't need to be an expert.

Stop putting that pressure on yourself. It's not fair to you and your kid.

You don’t need to:

  • Master some advanced and fancy-for-no-reason feedback tactics to avoid upsetting your child.

  • Know everything about their sport or hobby.

(I will show you how to turn it into an advantage!)

  • Know the sport's psychology to develop their mindset.

What you need is an easy-to-follow framework and a few simple but effective ways to ask your child questions and give them feedback, and offer advice.

You already care deeply and do a lot of right. I am not here to transform you into a Pro coach, just making a few smart tweaks to how you show up.

MOMENTS.MOMENTUM.MINDSET.

Learn a simple and effective 3-Step Process to Build Your Child's Mindset

MOMENTS

Create and spot moments to build momentum.

Mindset begins with small, everyday moments:

small wins, minor setbacks, and quiet struggles.

You will learn how to spot and create these coaching moments with intention,

so conversations feel natural, not forced, to build momentum.

MOMENTUM

Use momentum to build confidence.

Once you catch a moment, build on it with a question, reflection, or a bit of feedback that helps your child connect the dots.

Done right, these conversations boost confidence, shift perspective, and help you build an even better

relationship with your child.

Done wrong, these conversations are confidence, motivation and a relationship killer!

MINDSET

Momentum builds confidence.

With enough momentum, your child starts to believe:

I can do hard things. I can grow.

That’s the beginning of a lasting mindset.

And from there, we loop back and raise the bar:

New moments. Deeper conversations. Stronger Mindsets.

What will you walk away with.

This workshop gives you simple, proven tools you can use straight away. You'll learn how to show up in key moments not just as a caring parent, but with a coaching mindset, your child will remember and thank you for.

Key Tools and Benefits:

A simple, repeatable process to build confidence and mindset. Learn how to spot and create moments worth talking about—without overthinking every interaction. I’ll even show you how to use things like video games to your advantage, not fight against them.

Feedback that lifts, not crushes.

Most feedback—even when well-intended—can chip away at motivation and trust. I’ll show you how to avoid the common traps and use feedback to build connection, confidence, and long-term growth.

Develop real confidence with meaningful praise.

Praise is one of your best tools—but used the wrong way, it can build a shaky kind of confidence that doesn’t last. I’ll show you how to deliver praise that sticks—by focusing on mindset, effort, and character, not just the outcome.

Questions that open doors.

Tired of getting “fine” or “I dunno” as answers? Learn how to ask the kind of questions that spark real, honest, and open conversations with your child, without pressure or awkwardness.
